Dual Use Rights objects Range

In the dual use right policy, is customer needs to buy object range for the on-premise deployment? What I understand from Microsoft license policy is you can download. Flf license file from partner source but i am not sure will that license would work for functionality which developed between 50000 to 99999 range.

    Will we have to pay for customization ranges or will they be free of charge?

    The general benefits apply to both Business Central online and Business Central on-prem in a DUR setup. This means objects between 50.000 and 99.999 are free of charge and standard included and useable in each DUR license.
