Hello ,

I have AX R3 CU12 , when I try post retail statement some time error message accrue "Account number for transaction type Ledger journal does not exist." when I divide statement 2 parts posted well .

I need solution for this message n for this

note I checked all setting are ok

Typically this means you either did not set up the posting profile for the above type of transaction, OR you did set up the posting profile, BUT the account in question is not linked to account structure.

Hi,

If you would operate on CU11 this behavior might be caused by a bug for which a hotfix has been released. But since you are working with CU12 this hotfix should already been included.

You mention that the error comes up some time.

Can you specify what some time means? Can you try to identify a specific Transaction/item that triggers this message?

Can you replicate this issue in a demo/test Environment?

Issue is solved it was missing account in payment methods (Card setup) Big difference account .

This one not retrieve account numbers in general card accounts.
