"Content is Missing" Error Message

Each time I create a new Journey with an Email, I save it and then when I click "Check Content" I receive an error message that says "Content is Missing" and it unsaves it and won't let me send.  Just now I received that error and in front of it, it said "Text".  I'm at a loss, what have I done that won't allow me to send anymore?
