Do Inactive Contacts still get their emails tracked?

I want to know:
 
If I deactivate a Contact today because they are no longer a client, but they come back and send another email after deactivation, will the new email activity will track to the Inactive record?

    Yes.
    Changes in a contact's status do not affect email tracking, inactive contacts can still get their emails tracked。
