Dear All,

my user want to create Purchase requisition, but want to device the cost to some department,

for example, my user create PR for Part Air Compressor, 1 unit.

we want to device the cost by percentage. production 60%, office 40%.

we already create the pr, clicked the financial menu, choose accounting and click distribute amount.

we choose by percentage, but the menu to split is disable.

what setting I must do to enable this feature to split the cost by percentage.

thanks

    Hi benjamin84,

It seems that an accounting Setup is missing in the inventory posting matrix for your procurement category 'repair/main...'.

Can you fill the account first under inventory-setup-posting-posting-purchase order tab-purchase expenditure for expense.

Once that is setup, try to open the accounting distribution form of your PR once again.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi

Does the chosen category on purchase requisition exist in the lists of categories on posting, expenditure section? If no, add that please.

Have the category added to the expenditure befor creating the Purcahse Requisition line? If no, recreate the line.

    Regards

    Hi

I mean has the line in expenditure form  been added before creating Purchase Requisition line, or after that?

    Regards

    Hi benjamin84,

If your setup is done completely, I would suggest that you try using the financial template Feature that is available in the PR details form.

If this does not help either probably check with a developer whether the behavior you see is caused by a system bug. There are a couple of hotfixes available on LCS for financial Dimension issues related to PR.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi

Expenditure form is in inventory, posting; As Ludwig mentioned and you have checked that.

So there is no need to add the category to the expenditure again.

My question is : has the category added to the form ( posting, expenditure) befor creating purchase requistion?

Because if you have assigned category to the posting  after creating purchase requisition it does not work. And you should remove line and recreate the line.

    Hi benjamin84

I think your structure changed many times,

I face the same issue before and finally, i found the ledgerdimension in  inventposting table is not correct, as shown below,

    bej.png

so you need to check the ledgerdimension is correct or not?
