Filter Item Name in On-hand Inventory form

Hi All,

Path Inventory and Warehouse management\Common\On-hand Inventory

I want to filter the Item name via Right click the field based on 'Filter by field' and 'Filter by selection' and 'Remove filter'. I will create Context method of the Item name string Edit but it's not work for me.Please suggest.

Hi,

The ItemName is combination name of productName and productVariantName. This is display method. You ca filter the display method for that customization is required for this.

Use EcoResProductTranslations view, it has the product name. Can be joined to InventTable based on Product field, or to EcoResProduct.

Hi Edselv,

As Vilmos suggested, you can do this by using the View EcoResProductTransalations.

Try this.

Select ProductName from ecoResProductTranslatios where ecoResProductTranslatios.Product == inventTable.Product;

This will give you the name and you can use the name field in your form which ultimately make it possible for you to filter the records base on 'Filter by field' etc.
