Total retained amount is not showing on purchase order invoice

Dear All,

I have invoiced multiple PO's with retention of percent 10, as showing below on inquiry form of Project

Now on next invoice, system not showing Total retained amount against same vendor as shown below

The retention ruled i have created as below:

Normally we don't monitor the project progress in %age and need to release retention amount manually.

Anyone have any idea why system is not showing Total retained amount.

    What AX2012 version do you operate?

    Hello Rahat Ali,

    That is a pretty old version.

    I would recommend that you check LCS for available hotfixes first.

    I noticed some related to retained amounts and it might be that you are subject to one of those bugs.

    Would be great if you could check possibly with the help of a developer.
