In the Service Call Management, Service Call Entry/Update, Hotline Entry form, does anyone know where the data from Hotline Entry from is stored? SVC00???

Hotline Entry - Record notes that you store on the window like any comments you record as part of the call will be saved in SY03900 - Record Notes Master.
When You click Post in Hotline Entry and click Yes to Labor Posting, It'll update SVC00203 - Service master Line Table where the Item Use Type will be updated as "H".
