Custom entitlement allocation type

Dear,

What would be the best way to get a "custom" Allocation Type for entitlement terms? We don't want to work on "per hour" or "per case" but on a "per unit" case, where we want to define how many units a Case is being assigned to.

For example, a customer is entitled to 5000 units and one case uses 350 units, so the customer is left with 4650 units after this one case...

Thanks,

Koen

    Hi KoJaPD,

You can add custom options to the 'Allocation Type' field, but not sure if the custom options will break the internal logic of entitlement entity, it is not recommended.
