Hi Guys,
I got the following requirement from my client. some of the user preferred Arabic language and some user preferred English form. Is it possible to the design system?
Please Suggest. How to achieve this?

You can add additional languages in the administration section. For the supported languages, all of the OOTB items will be translated automatically, but you would need to export translations and provide the translation for custom items. Once extra languages and translations are set up, users can set their language preference in the user options screen.
