Is their any Difference between "CRM for Tablet" and "CRM for Phone Express" options under Security Roles?

Hi ,

I have registered for a online trail version CRM yesterday. Was checking out the options like "CRM for Mobiles" and "CRM for Phone Express" and etc..,

Just want to know whether "CRM for Phone express" is same as "CRM for Tablet" because in the trial version I couldnt see the "CRM for Tablet" option at all.

Hi Vilasita,

CRM for Phone has now the same functionality as CRM for Tablet

Hi,

These are 2 different applications.

CRM for Phone Express is the smaller UI with limited fields and the form will be the mobile form from customisation area. This is driven by CR for Phone checkbox in the customisation area.

CRM for Tablet uses the quick create form for create for entities where CRM for tablet option is ticked in the customisation area.

In the stores there are 2 separate applications. One for mobile and one for tablets.

Thank you for the Replies.

But in the trial version which I did, shows only CRM for Phone Express and CRM for Phone options. There is no "CRM for Tablet" option available.

Will this the same??
