Can't access GP Web while using Third Party SSL

Good Day Experts,

My colleague has installed GP Web Session Server to access the GP from Outside using Internet Explorer.

Issue is that when i access SERVERNAME.domain.local/GP and using Self signed Certificate then it's working smoothly but when i tried to use outside using SERVERNAME.domain.com/GP + Godaddy SSL then it's not popup the username/password box Windows to login into GP.

Can you please guide me how to Access GP Web from Internet ?

Thank you Mr. Draper for answering,

We do have AD and All users are accessing their Mailboxes, ERP/RemoteApps & Portal services by using their AD accounts.

Unless you have AD accessible from the internet which I am guessing you do not this will not work. Some companies will put a read only AD in the DMZ to get around this or use Azure AD.
