HI Dynamics 365 community,
Im trying to disallow the notes edition on cases. I need them not to be allowed to change once they are saved. Is this possible?

Might be complicated to do it through security if the requirement is to disable notes updates on the case entity only (what about notes for accounts, contacts, opportunities, etc?)
You might also do it with a real-time workflow (register it on the note entity and stop it with an error message - see below - when that note is regarding a case):
