CPOS URL not working

I have installed Commerce scale unit (retail server), on that same machine where I installed the server, CPOS is working fine and I am able to access the Cloud POS make transactions. But When I am accessing the CPOS in other machines, CPOS URL is loading and stuck and not loading. Can anyone pls help why it is happening or is there is some config to access CPOS in other machines. Thank you

    The Page is not responding while I hit the URL. URL format that I am using is https://IPaddress:portno/pos/

    Can you share what error are you seeing when you check ? Also, please share the format of the URL you are trying to access ?

    Salam Shafeeque,

    Thank you for your response. I have tried to setup port permissions for the port on which CPOS is running but still not responding on other machines and I tried to use the IP address also in the URL. Is there anything I missed?

    At what step are you getting stuck? Are you able to browse the site on the other computer either using IP address or hostname ? You need to make sure that the firewall rules on the machine hosting Cloud POS is updated to allow traffic on the port where Cloud POS is running.
