Microsoft Hololens 2 is quite a new product. I would like to connect with a Microsoft Expert specialize in Hololens 2 from Malaysia but Microsoft call centre is simply not helpful and cannot transfer me to an expert. Their email only gave me a google result link. While the website that Microsoft has some info about Hololens 2, I would like to understand more. Some of the questions that I have such as “Schematic” from Hololens 2, Dynamic 365 needs Microsoft 365 or not etc are not found online.
May I know if Microsoft 365 for Business is the pre-requisite for having Dynamics 365 Remote Assist?

Also, may I find out if Microsoft 365 Business Basic comes with AD and that our company doesnt have AD/LDAP at the moment. Can we still subscribe to 365 without utilizing AD?
