Double byte character support

Hi,

Can anyone tell me.

Does MS CRM supports the double byte characters. Storing and View of double byte character.

    Yes it does. I've worked on systems with Japanese and Chinese and it worked without a problem. There is one inconvenience in that name sorting is assumed to be off the second name (the western surname). This is not always appropriate given the traditional Chinese name is written with the family name first. Leon Tribe

    For sorting do we have to do anything regarding the installation of SQL Server to follow the sorting order i belive.

    As the system I worked on had a primary language of English, we did not mess with the sort order so if you leave it as default it should be fine although I'm far from a SQL expert. Leon Tribe
