Field level security

I have a field ABC :  with some sensitive information.

and i need to make that field visible only for particular team. remaining team should not be able to visible

can i achieve it through filed level security?

and hiding the field using field level security is possible or not?

    Hi,

    If I am right that  to grant full access to a fields for particular team and restrict access to those fields to the rest of your CRM Users.

    In order to that first you will have to enable field level security on that fields Go to the field definition from form and enable the radio button "Field Security" in that form . Save changes and publish all customization.

    Then, create a Field Level Security profile  and configure the Field Permissions to give full permissions on that fields (Put all in Yes for Read , Update,Create). then on the field level security profile left side you find option click on Teams and add the desired team /or you can add user too.

    No you can not hide field using field level security , field level security secured field value and not the control. however if you want to hide certain field you can go for multiple forms (Role Based Forms) with and without secured fields and assign role in the forms.
