My sales reps use the system and would love to be able to instant click on the tracking information and it give alerts or live updated based off the tracking from the carrier page. Is there any add on that would allow this... or do you have a recommendation? Could this be a feature others would like to see?.3
Hi, Is it possible to view the information in Teams? This way there is no need to open a new web page.

I think you have to support for add-ons that support the consignor services that you use and see if any of those add-ons provides this functionality. It is not a very difficult task to develop such a function if the consignor provide this service through their API's.
