Hi Friends,
A PO was approved, then cancelled, how can we find out who cancelled PO?
Is there an event logged somewhere? There is no modifiedby field in PurchTable.

In Dynamics AX AOS for a table there are fields like ModifiedBy and ModifiedDateTime - these are system field and can be enabled for the table.
You could activate change control
Or add an if condition into the validate writing method in the form data source to capture e.g. a reason code or user id
Or enforce digital signature
Or set security to limit who can delete , or who can access which orders

However I suspect this is Ax 2009 code i.e.pre- PO change control.
Use database log. I am generally averse to using this but for a rare event like PO delete it makes sense but limit it to that event only. You can then view when a user does delete a PO from the AX table SysDatabaseLogas which has column for Username.

For future, we certainly will look into your suggestion.
For now, is there a way to find out? PO was going through a workflow, it's approved before deleted.
We are on AX 2012 R3.
