Hi All!

Is it possible to easily extract to csv who clicked on a link within specific sent email? I know that it is possible to see iit manually within Contact > Insights > Email interactions but we would like to have a more sofisticated way.

Best regards,

Miha

    Hi Miha

Sorry but I'm not sure if you can do this. Would appear that you should be able to do it but its not something I've specifically done within the Marketing app yet.

You may be able to use something like the Receive a weekly summary of new Dynamics opportunities as a basis to this (just remove the Opportunities entity and use the Interactions for Email one which I believe is the correct entity but you'd need to check this). Then update the Create HTML table to pull the relevant data you wish.

There are other templates you could review as well as these may prove better to use.

    Hi Miha

If I follow you correctly you should be able to access this information by going to the Email you sent and then accessing:

Insights > Interactions and towards the bottom change the Interactions to Clicked email links. You will be able to export this information to Excel if required and filter the data there easily enough.
