Disable Explore CRM Pop Up upon login from CRM 2016

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

We are using Dynamics CRM 2016, on-premise. When users log in, they always receive the pop-up that says "Explore CRM" with a tutorial that you can click through. Even when you click the option to "Don't show this again", the box always appears. How can we disable this?

    Hi,

Go to Settings -> Administration -> System Settings and in General tab you will have:

"Display welcome screen to users when they sign in" - change that to "No"
