Import managed solution - Error with iscustomizable property & publisher

I get the below error while importing a manged solution to target. any idea how to resolve & what could be the cause of it?

Error details;

PackageDeployment        Error      2             2019/01/11 11:13:19  Message: Importing solution threw and unforeseen exception

Source   : mscorlib

Method : HandleReturnMessage

Date      : 11:13:19

Time      : 2019/01/11

Error      : WebResources import: FAILURE: WebResource name = kvsl_/Cse/Scripts/Case.js:

Cannot import component WebResource: 85a71250-bcee-e611-80df-5056852995 because managed property iscustomizable with value False is different than the current value True and

the publisher of the solution that is being imported does not match the publisher of the solution that installed this component.

on my dev instance iscustomizable property is FALSE but at target it is TRUE.

On my dev it is always FALSE. don't know how it got installed with TRUE earlier.

    Hi Santosh,

    Error message clearly says that "Cannot import component WebResource: 85a71250-bcee-e611-80df-5056852995 because managed property iscustomizable with value False is different than the current value True "

    So  before solution export change the manage properties of the webresource case.js "iscustomizable" true.

    Once you change this properties ,publish all customization and export solution and try to import.

    You can do below steps - Go to the instance where solution exported . Settings -- Customization --> solution --> open the solution --> Navigate to webresource --> Find the webresource -->you can find the manage properties button screenshot below .

    Click on manage properties in the popup window set to true and then publish all customization.

    Export the solution and try to import  back.
