Olá Especialistas. Como estão as coisas ?

Gostaria de saber se isso já aconteceu com algum de vocês, fiz alguns processos automatizados através do diário de itens (positivo e negativo), e o contador da empresa me perguntou sobre a contabilidade. E eu só consigo ver os movimentos contábeis quando é feito um ajuste positivo, um negativo não me mostra.

Seria alguma regra do sistema?

    Hello Experts. How are things?

    I would like to know if this has ever happened to you, some automated processes through the item and negative journal, and the company's accountant asked me about accounting. And I can only see the accounting movements when a positive adjustment is made, a negative one does not show me.

    Could it be some system rule?

    Hi Marco, 

    Thank you for support! 

    I did contact with Microsoft Engineer, 

    I ended up discovering that the accounting movements are core working normally. The error appears in a customization that we perform and it goes through the item journal, I'm talking to my developer to validate, in his code it must be missing the creation of accounting movements.

    In the customization created, it was not necessary to enter the creation of the accounting flows.

    Luis, every item journal creates accounting entries. So if you customize, you should consider that.
