When viewing trade agreements (Purchase or Sales), we would like to limit visibility to active only (hide expired). Is there a way to do this out-of-the-box, without code?

Lori
Hi Lori,
There is an option to use filtering using the advanced query and sort form. You can use methods available in the SysQueryRangeUtil class which can be used for intellectual date ranges.

For the trade agreements you can filter it in this way:
I'm preparing a blog with some more information about this use case. When I try to save it as Saved View, it will not keep the second range on the "empty date" with value 01-01-1900. My blog will be ready within a few days.
I published the blog today. You might read the whole story now: No-code: View only active trade agreements in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations - Dynamicspedia
Isn't there a standard view for this? go to workspace Pricing and discount management. In Links, you can find a link to Active trade agreements, for Sales and Purchase Prices as well as Sales and Purchase Discounts.
