We have a small handful of Cases when we open them it takes minutes for the Timeline to load. Upon looking at one today, we have 43 emails (inbound emails totaling 53+ MB and outbound emails totaling 27+ MB). Is there a limit to the total size or quantities of emails? We can't replicate the issue, so our ticket with Microsoft was cancelled because they couldn't trace the issue. Just wondering if others have had this happen and found a solution.
Hi,
Did not see the description of the relevant restrictions, have you tried adding filters to display important content:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/customer-service-hub-user-guide-timeline-admin#filter-records-on-timeline
If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.
Best Regards,
Frank Gong
For the one particular case yesterday, we have 5 auto posts in the Timeline and the rest are the emails. We rarely use Notes. So, filtering wouldn't help us on this handful of cases with large amounts of emails and the emails being large in size.
