Hello all,

Please help me !,

I face this Error while Trying to Posting my Free Text Invoice 7230.Screenshot_5F00_2.png

is there anything miss in my Posting Profile? can you guys help me to explain, how to solve it? Please!

Hi,

Please check if you have attached customer posting profile in parameters?

Navigation> AR > Setup> AR parameters > ledger and sales tax > under general fasttab > Posting profile. check if it is mapped.

but, can you explain to me, where and how can I check ledger account exists or not, then check exchange rate between used currencies and check automatic posting account from ledger setup ? Please help me, I'm really stuck here.

I'm a newbie here, so please excuse my low comprehension T.T

Hi Angelia,

Unfortunately, we cannot identify the screenprint that you tried to attach. Can you try once again?

In addition, can you let us know whether you experience this issue the first time and whether you have been able to post free text invoices successfully before?

Hello all,

I have found the problem.

let me explain how it's happens:

first I create a Free text invoice, then I import all my data from Excel to the Free Text Invoice.

but, I didn't realise that I still using the round-up formula from excel.

here important note for you guys :

AX will receive the raw data ( I think AX cann't read excel formula ) so, make sure that your excel data are value not a calculation.

What I did to solve this problem :

I deleted all the decimal and round all data manualy .

example :

1200.99 --> 1201

500.1 --> 500

After that I tried to post th Free Text Invoice and it was Succesful
