USD-CTI integration Multiple-Matches implementation

I have implemented Unified service desk-CTI integration for single match and no-match scenarios. Now i am looking for multiple-match scenario which display matched items result list.

Although i found a solutions online which using url=/multientityquickfind/multientityquickfind.aspx?sitemappath=Settings%7cSystem_Setting%7cnav_administration&text=[[cti.phone]+] in a Action call.

But here problem is [[cit.phone]+] has always blank/null value in USD debugger. Note that The hosted control of this action call has "CRM page" USD component type.

Any thought on it.

Thanks.

The search page (quickfind page) - is that a session based hosted control or Global hosted control?

The [[cti.phone]+] does not have value in debugger. However, when i manually put value its all fine and i can see my required results

Thanks for sharing Neil's blog links and  in fact I got my implementation idea from these blogs.  And that's why i am using url=/multientityquickfind/multientityquickfind.aspx?sitemappath=Settings%7cSystem_Setting%7cnav_administration&text=

The [[cti.phone]] has value only when i am using it with  CRM Global Manager hosted control and but problem is  above mentioned URL is not working with this hosted control. if i am using other hosted control. I could not get value for CTI parameters (e.g. [[cti.phone]]).

Does the [[cit.phone]+] parameter contains value from the debugger?

Are you able to check this guide from Neil's blog? This might help you out configuring your Multi Entity Quick find navigation. See, [View:https://neilparkhurst.com/2016/07/06/usd-multi-entity-search/:750:50]

Hi Armghan, make sure that you're passing the string to search to the [[cit.phone]+] parameter.
