CRM Portal not editable when logged in as an administrator

Hello All

Unable to edit the CRM Portal from front end, even though I am logged in as an admin.
I tried restarting the portal, but still the edit option is not available.

Also the portal was updated and tested to get the edit option. But was not able to find any improvement.

Please let me know what action has to be taken to enable the functionality of hovering over the elements and
editing using editable toolbar.

The below image is what I want to get on CRM Portal when logged in as administrator:

Does anybody help me for this issue?

Your suggestion would be appreciated.

    Hello Arpit, hello Jalak,

I wondered if this problem was ever resolved for Jalak as I am having the exact same problem. And I have gone over the helpful suggestions made by Arpit but I still cannot get the Edit box or options to show up. It appears as soon as I visit my Profile page (when logged in as a web administrator) but not on my Events Portal. Any help much appreciated.

    Hello Jalak,

Two configurations are mandatory in order to Edit CRM Portal from Portal UI. Just wanted to cross check. I hope, you are already doing that. Because sometimes we forget to associate web role with webpage access control rule and portal users with Administrator web role. Please see below:

Webpage Access Control Rule - "Grant Change to Administrators"

    WebRole - "Administrator "

    Hello Sayed Hanifa,

This is not a solution for my issue.

Do you have any other solution?

It's because of your unsupported js which you used on that particular page.pls try to remove all the js files for that particular page and clear the portal cache.  Hope this will work. For clearing portal cache pls follow the below link
