How to add Automatic Record Creation Rule + Flow into a solution?

Hello

I need to configure and test a more complex automatic case creation rule in our test instance. I want to add this automatic record creation rule and the flow it created into a solution, so that I can import it into production enviroment later. So I do not have to reconfigure everything again.

Detailed explanation what I am trying to do:

  1. I open customer serivce hub
  2. Going in the service management
  3. Going to automatic record creation and update rules
  4. Creating a new Rule
  5. Creating a new condition and clicking save
  6. Now PowerAutomate will generate a flow in the default solution and internally links it to this rule somehow
  7. Now I edit this flow and make my case creation etc.
  8. My goal now: Get the rule and and also the created flow into my own solution, so I can export it and import it in to another D365 instance
  9. After import it is important that the flow is linked with my case creation rule, else it wont work.

Any suggestions on how this can be done?

To Add the flow, you can navigate to

    1. https://flow.microsoft.com

    2. Select your environment.

    3. Export it as Logic Apps Template

    Or

    4. Open the solution and add the flow.

    Hi PG

Thanks a lot for this suggestion, it worked for me! I searched in the new solution interface, where I was not able to add my rule, but thanks to your screenshot I was able to add it in the classic solution view. It even asked me if I want to add requiered components and I said yes and it added the process (condition) and the flow belonging to the rule automatically to my solution!

    Best regards

    Joshua
