Unable to activate the configuration in IOM portal getting timed out after 2 minutes

Steps to replicate the issue: 

  1. Open the IOM portal-> Scroll down on the Get Started page and for Configure Settings Click on Manage
  2. Click on the Activate System it will take 2 minutes and then will throw time out error.

Is there any way to increase the query time out settings for the IOM portal.  ?
