Complex Customer Journey for event

Hi everyone,

I create customer journey, using template "Event Marketing" template. but, I want to expand a little bit.

in the template, everything already okay, and ended up in Phone Call Activity.

I want to expand started from Phone Call Activity.

in the phone call activity, I create custom field named "Interested" with two option. What I want is:

- If Interested, then I will send the event invitation again, then flow run as usual (can I link with the previous tiles?)

- If not interested, then I will send "Thanks for your time" email message.

How do this?

    Hello,

    Currently trigger based on Activities are not possible in Customer Journeys. its an item on our backlog.

    But to achieve the above, you could do 2 ways:

    1. Add another customer journey, that will be based on Segment of contacts that were part of journey 1 and had their related activity flag set to Interested Or not

    2. Another stream/flow in the same Customer Journey which starts from a segment as defined in (1)

    Option 1 would be better though
