We have a custom action, which disappears when the mobile app for Dynamics 365 switches to offline mode. It is the same for both Android and iOS version of the app. Microsoft support tells me that this is by design and custom ribbon actions are not supported in offline mode, which appears to be nothing but nonsense and an excuse to me. I mean there even is a DisableRule "CrmOfflineStateAccessRule" officially documented (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/developer/customize-dev/ribbon-types-schema).
Why would there be such a rule, if offline mode isn't supported at all?! Can somebody please confirm or refute what MS support wants me to accept as an answer to my service request?
