CRM 2016 - wrong mutation while tracking emails in outlook

Hi All,

if we track some emails in CRM Outlook we face the issue, that CRM (on premise) doesn´t show the right mutations.

In Germany you have mutations like Ä,Ü,Ö and ß which aren´t working after tracking emails including those mutations. Also currencies aren´t working like €.

For example: Bitte kurze RÃ¼ckmeldung wie wir hier verbleiben mÃ¶chten.

If I want to view the sent email in the appropriate account in CRM it shows me all the wrong details. How can i change those settings in the system or do I have to change something else in Outlook?
