    Hi ChrisR75!

Can you provide more details about your requirements ?

The simplest way to set fields as mandatory is to set mandatory property to YES in the table.

    Hi,

Why do you need to make the bank account and registration numbers mandatory. They are included in the IBAN and banks should be able to process payments based on the IBAN only.

Would be great if you could explain in more detail.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

Making the fields mandatory is easy. See Ruatems response above.

Do you know if you are also asked to provide those data in the electronic payment file that you send to the bank?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

thing is I only want to have them mandatory in the payment file because it is special for Poland. No other country should be forced to enter the information

    Hi ChrisR75

Before making this modification clarify with your accountants why this is needed. Poland is a member of the single  euro payments area and to make payments the Iban and BIC should be sufficient.

Things might be a bit different if you make payments to vendors in other non sepa countries such as the US. Yet, from what I understood is that you want to include the bank and registration number for each sepa payment made, which sounds strange to me.

    Best regards

    Ludwig
