Business Analyzer on Terminal Server error

We installed Business Analyzer and it's working great on the Admin user that installed it. When another Admin user launches it they get:

could not connect to configuration report

with Yes and No as options. After clicking one it launches just fine and loads the reports, and even keeps different reports for each user. The pop up is rather annoying though for the other users. Anyway around this?

We've also patched it with this:

To be clear, do you see the configuration report as an option with both your users?

Yes, I do see the configuration report listed as an option.

Brian,

If you go to the Business Analyzer top menu > Options > Report Selection, do both users see Configuration Report in their list of Reports Available?
