Trying to Fix the Fiscal Start Date on Income Statement for YTD actual and YTD budget.

I'm trying to fix the fiscal start date for the YTD actual and YTD budget data that is pulling in data from the prior year. When I run an income statement for January, 2025, the current month actual and budget is only pulling data for the one month. However, both the YTD actual and YTD budget are pulling in data beginning 01/01/24 instead of 01/01/25. I accidentally imported some 2025 budget data with 2024 dates, but later wiped out the 2024 data in the 2025 budget. I have a feeling this may have caused the problem. However, when I wiped out the erroneous 2024 data, the income statement still pulls in the 2024 data for YTD columns. Is there a way to fix this?

The standard Incoming Statement is specified in the following settings.

Please check its settings in Account Schedules (Financial Reports).

Hi,

focus on verifying the fiscal year start date in "Accounting Periods" and "General Ledger Setup," correcting the date filters in the income statement report, cleaning up any leftover 2024 budget entries, and ensuring actuals are properly segmented. This should align your YTD actual and budget data with 01/01/25 as the starting point
