I need your help on below scenario;
Scenario:
I created the sealed RFQ published it to vendor portal, after the expiry date of RFQ I unsealed the Bid and financials get visible. Now I want to negotiate on financials with my vendors through system so for that I selected the vendor and Return his bid so that vendor can resubmitted negotiated prices through vendor portal. Since the RFQ is expired so vendor is not able to resubmit the Bid as bidding button on vendor portal is disable. And expiry date of RFQ is also non editable.
I also tried another option to get this done through amendment functionality, but creating the amendment is also disable on expired bid.
