Hi!
Our users access GP via remote desktop. Now, she wants to print using the usb printer connected on her laptop.
How would I set up that?

You just need to enable the printers to be shared through the remote desktop session:
windows.microsoft.com/.../print-from-a-remote-computer-to-your-printer
If that doesn't work, you have to go through a long and tedious process of setting up a shared COM port with your printer which I don't suggest.
