Hi,
We have a piece of code on the Case entity that essentially pulls through the parent account (customerid field) when a contact (primarycontactid field) is selected.
Without a business process flow the code works fine. When a business process flow the code still works but this time the account (customerid field) shows an error message saying the customer must first be selected, even though it contains data, and the form will not save.
Any ideas on why this may be happening?
