Unit Cost displayed on Inventory Transaction Edit List

The unit cost displayed on the Inventory Transaction Edit list is the last cost for the item but not the actual cost being used on the transaction. Is there a way to get that to change and reflect the actual cost instead?

I noticed that the Inventory Posting Journal shows the actual cost but the Edit List shows the current cost.

GP only calculates the cost when the transaction is posted, to ensure it uses the correct cost layer based on your costing method. The actual Posting Journal report should show the correct cost, which may or may not coincide with the last cost, depending on the valuation method you are using.

    Thanks Mariano,

I guess the answer to my question: "Is there a way to get that to change and reflect the actual cost instead?" is no.
