Hi,

One of our customers is using MS CRM 2016 On Premise version and is interested to implement field service functionality

Is field service application available for CRM 2016 On Premise?

    Hi Harshal, have you been successful? We have the same issues for a CRM 2016 on-prem (not Dyn 365 on-prem!) customer. I was wondering if you have found the solution and if you could share it with me. Thanks

    Hi everyone,

    It is not possible to use Field Service on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 (On-premises). You will need to upgrade to Dynamics 365 to make use of the Field Service business application.
