Project invoice proposals - Gross Margin

Hi All,

My team are posting project expenses via the General Ledger & issuing invoices via project invoice proposals. I recently got a question on the field for Gross Margin on the Project Invoice proposal Totals (see screenshot below):

Does anyone know where is this coming from?

Is your question about the Gross margin or the calculated Cost amount?

Hi,
Gross margins are calculated by using the following formula:
(Sum of estimated chargeable sales value – Sum of estimated chargeable costs) x 100

In your screenshot the value of the gross margin field should be 49685-49691=-6

Hi Andre, it is related to the Gross margin field.

Hi Hana Xue - thanks for the information. Do you know how I get rid of the gross margin? In short, the team want to recharge the full amount of 49'691 not the invoice revenue of 49'685.
