How do we embed the signature from an attachment into the body of the email ?

When we go to a process and click on the process, in there is a workflow to send email base on logic.
How do we embed the signature from an attachment into the body of the email ?
So I uploaded the image to web resources and published it. I then go to the workflow to send email properties- I open the image in web resources and copied the link into a browser. I paste it into the email properties.
It looks good. However when an action is caused the email is sent but the image does appear only show a square. Please advise why the image didn’t appear.

You just need to delete the image in the body and copy a new one.
But we could only copy the images from the internet not from the location.
If you add image in the file list, it will only as an attachment in your email.
If you add image in the body, it will show in the email content.

What is the difference with the image of copy from a location (and where is this location ) and paste it to the body VS replacing image from the file list (what is this for, when would we do this ?)

Where did you want to add to add the image? In the file list or in the email body?
If you want to replace the image in the file list, just delete it and upload the right image.
If you want to replace the image in the body, just also delete and copy the right image.

I think you might have misunderstood my question. I don’t think this should be difficult or requires development work.
In a workflow- If I click on view properties of send email: create new message.
A pop up of, and example email shows up and I could delete what’s in the body - the images or text. I can even type words in the body of the email.
I think there is a way to make change to it really quickly without development work. I just want to edit and alter a new image.
It’s not really email signature, it’s the image in the email of a workflow send mail. I can change the words in the body.

But more details need to be tried out by ourselves. We haven't done anything like this. You could also raise a ticket to Microsoft Support Team and ask the engineers to help you.
