How to buy Business Central from the country that is out of the region of where O365 tenant located?

Dear All,

Good day.

Recently, i have a customer wanted to buy their BC in Singapore. However, their O365 tenant is in India.

As BC is dependent on O365 tenant hence their PO got rejected.

Perhaps is there any best solution for the above so that customer can purchase their SKU in Singapore and allowed seamless Teams integration with BC?

The partner localization is only available in the region mentioned.

Thanks for the reply.

Means that user can only buy the BC in India as their O365 tenant is in India.

Is there any way that user can buy the BC in Singapore? and what would be the consequence/drawback?

Can they create a new tenant in Singapore and use it for BC?

Can the user still use their Teams and have integration between Teams and BC?

You should be able to have multiple production environment for Business Central

docs.microsoft.com/.../multiple-production-environments

I recommend that you raise a case with Microsoft and let them help you figure out the requirements and possibilities for the environments needed.

You might have to cooperate with a partner in Singapore.

Hi, Regarding the purchase of the license, I recommend contacting Microsoft directly.

A feasible solution is to buy BC in India, which means that BC's Tenant is in India.
But the environment can be created in Singapore.

For example,

The following tenant is in United States.

However, when creating the BC environment, you can choose the local area (Japan). The BC data center (Japan East) is also based on the BC environment.
