Hi,
Do you have any other doubts?
If it is cleared, please mark the answers as verified. It's done by clicking "Did this answer your question" >> "Yes" on the particular reply.

You need to refer to the employee profile under the employment tab. Refer to the below screenshot.
Thanks,
Girish S.
Not sure.
Do you have any idea where it will pick regulatory establishment?
I don't have any idea on this.
Thanks,
Girish S.
HI Girish,
Strange, it worked when I removed the regulatory establishment.. any idea why?
I am not sure what is the issue.
Considering this as D365 FO - You can create a view from the query used in the report and see which range got failed.
Also try running the report without given Regulatory establishment in the parameter window.
Thanks,
Girish S.
Yes Girish,
All the data I have mentioned. refer SS;
I am able to create a new one and its comes in the report. Can you check the below marked dates are correct. It should match with report parameter dates.
Thanks,
Girish S.
Hi Girish,
Thanks for the revert. Yes, I have enabled the compliance recordable case.
Hi Harsh,
I researched this report. Query was used in the report. Also, one thing i found out was you need to enable "Compliance recordable case" to yes on the particular injury or illness accident. This will make the record to come into OSHA 300 log preparation report. I am not sure what is the purpose of the field but this field must be set to yes to show the records in the report.
Thanks,
Girish S.
