Hi,

Can i know if there is any table in BC that keeps the GL account summary period balances with fields such as GL Account, Period Year, Period Month and Period Balance (Net Change) similar to Dynamics GP Table GL10110 (open) and GL10111 (History)?

We are required to push monthly Trial Balance from Dynamics BC to a 3rd party Consolidation system and wondering where we can pick up the data to push to them.

Appreciate advise.

There is no such table, the data for GL balances comes from the GL Entries table. You could filter the Chart of Accounts Page for the month desired, Open in Excel, take the Net Change column which would give you a sum of the activity by account for the period and use that for your push.

You could also use a Financial Report to do the same thing.
