I'm attempting to update the logo on an existing word template. When I'm modifying the word template, I remove the logo, then insert the new logo file back into the template. I save the file as a new template, then add it to the template maintenance window and assign the company.
When I go to test print an invoice, the word template is updated with the new logo, however, all the fields in the header are showing as XXXXXX instead of actually pulling the data. The rest of the fields on the template are working fine.
I've already made sure to add back the bookmark (as this was suggested from another thread) but that doesn't seem to affect anything.
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
