Error in chrome after clearing cache

Hello!

We're having issues after clearing the cache of the chrome browser.

When doing this our users are met with this screen:

pastedimage1627562732585v1.png

We have afterwards tried to:

- Clear cache in the browser again, didn't work

- Press F12 and right clicked refresh to do clear cache and hard reload, didn't work

- Restarted the PC several times, didn't work

- advanced clear cache to clear hosted app as well, didn't work

- Webpage works in other browsers

- Webpage works when using incognito mode of chrome.

This error happens in both a citrix environment and locally on a PC.

Our Dynamics 365 is in the cloud and not OnPrem

Anyone have a suggestion on what else we can try?

    Hello,

When exactly this error happens? During D365 main URL (organization.crm.dynamics.com) accessing? If works through Anonymous session, looks like a cache/cookies issue. Since this behavior only happens in Chrome and the cache/cookies were cleaned, please check if browser is updated. Also, try to collect a network trace or fiddler trace in order to see what is happening in the back during the access.

Also, you can try add the application ID to main URL and see if the error happens. Example: organization.crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx

    Thanks,

Hi and thanks! We found out how to fix the issue. Doing an advanced browser clear with site settings and hosted apps ticked off. That worked :)
