Hi:
The Sales app loaded and refreshed successfully for the live company in the production instance.
The Finance app loaded for the live company in the production instance but would not refresh. Why is that?

In Acc Scheduled Name select the account scheduled that match your company account schedule for each category (balance sheet, income statement, etc) then select your budget, determine your view date (week, etc) then refresh the data (or publish then refresh) . Then go to Account Schedule Web Service and see the published data. Do you see any numbers there?
After that your Power BI should work (refresh the Power BI first).
What exactly do you do in the Account Schedule KPI Web Service Setup window? I'm confused.

I also have this issue. I realized Finance App uses data in "Account Schedule KPI Web Service" page from BC. Check that page and you can see similar data. Then you need to go to "Account Schedule KPI Web Service Setup" and put the correct setup in place in order for this app to work. I stopped there because I realized the app does not provide a data we need.
