Registration Keys

OK, you can put this one under stupid questions.

We have a large company that has users in GP for a large part of the day if not all day. They have new registration keys to add additional users. I usually wait until after all users are out of GP before I enter the new keys. In the case of this company the only time there may be no users in GP is on the weekend.

The question is this. Can the new keys be entered while people are in GP? My guess is yes however I want to make sure. Call it CMA. Like I said, put it under stupid questions.

    We never consider any questions from this forum to as stupid/junk. If we have answers, definitely will share with you to solve the problems or atleast provide some suggestions to helps you.

    Users asking or wants some functionality and have some doubts based on their own working scenario/experiences. So, don't hesitate to share any of your questions to this forum with related to GP.

    My suggestion for your question.

    If you enter the registration keys without log off all the users from GP, it won't get effect to the user machines until they have logged off and re-login into GP.
